Building eLearning Portals for Automotive Giants-Maruti Suzuki & Tata Motors

NSoft Technologies worked with two well-known automotive giants- Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki for developing a custom eLearning web app to train their blue-collar workforce. The clients wanted a better digital solution to bridge the learning gaps, refine user training and awareness, and upgrade the capabilities of the workforce. To meet their requirements, we built a highly functional eLearning portal for web platforms where we also designed interactive content modules rich in 2D animations to help organizations convey their processes, ethics, and conduct. Deployed in a phased approach, the eLearning app was available instantly at global locations of the clients. The product took 4 months to complete and demanded dedication, innovation, and creativity which NSoft delivered precisely.

Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki were facing challenges in effectively training their blue-collar workforce which was impacting their overall efficiency. There were:
● Learning Gaps, because existing training methods were not efficient in addressing core learning needs which led to gaps in understanding of organizational processes and ethics among the employees. ●Limited Awareness and Discipline where employees struggled with consistent awareness and adherence to organizational conduct and processes reducing the overall operational efficiency. ●Inadequate Data Management, as training data (both master and transactional) was unorganized and lacked the structure needed to identify and address learning problems.
These issues raised a need for an innovative and scalable solution to make sure that employees were well-trained and aligned with organizational values and practices. The clients also wanted a solution that could be rolled out globally and effectively utilized across diverse teams.

NSoft Technologies conducted a zero-cost due diligence exercise to thoroughly identify the key learning challenges affecting the current training processes of Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki. Based on the insights, we build a phased approach to build an eLearning web app customized for their blue-collar workforce.
