Recognizing this shift, our client—a well-established content creator who used to sell films and music through DVDs—faced decreasing sales. They wanted a digital solution where they can shift their traditional selling method to a completely online platform having full control over content distribution with better audience engagement, and a higher revenue share. The client produced high-quality films, music videos, and documentaries, but their reliance was on offline distribution mode. The tried to opt for third-party streaming platforms but faced the below challenges:
● Revenue Leakage: Client was worried if they go to third-party streaming platforms, such as Netflix or YouTube, it can demand up to 40% of revenue generated through streaming. This was deeply impacting the client's profitability. ● Scalability Issues: Due to the offline distribution modes like selling DVDs were slowly taking the verge of extinction, our client faced scalability issues and knew that they had to move to online streaming. ● Limited Audience Interaction: Our client had a popular and well-known offline distribution system but with third party reliance they were worried about the audience interaction. This was the reason that they required a highly customized self-owned platform. ● Piracy and Security Concerns: Without a secure platform of their own, their intellectual property was vulnerable to piracy, unauthorized downloads, and illegal sharing, affecting their established market reputation. ● Lack of Creative Control: Third-party services-imposed restrictions on how and when content could be delivered. We developed an all-encompassing streaming platform that gave the client full control over content delivery, a streamlined user experience, and enhanced security. This platform enabled them to expand their market reach while improving profitability and audience engagement

● High-Quality Streaming Website: We built the platform using ReactJS and Node.js, ensuring optimal performance for high-definition and 4K video streaming. We integrated AWS S3 and CloudFront for secure and fast content delivery. With this architecture, the platform supported up to 5,000 concurrent users, ensuring scalability as the client’s audience grew.
● Content Management System (CMS): We implemented Strapi, an open-source CMS, which gave the client full control over their content library. The system allowed them to easily upload, manage, and categorize their vast collection of films, music videos, and documentaries.
